Our Point of Contact or POC is one of our base and most beneficial services in our Property Management. Here we become the main contact for your property's tenants regarding things such as malfunctioning apartment appliances, failing building maintenance, general inquiries and more. The least financially inhibiting platform but also the least in terms of hands on.

Common Area Cleaning
The CAC platform is a popular way for smaller building owners to maintain a clean and presentable common area (foyer, mid hallway, staircases, etc.) for their tenants when they are not close enough in proximity to do so themselves. The platform can be customized to be weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or even quarterly depending on the owner's desires.
Iconic Property Inspection
This simple IPI platform allows owners to have their entire building evaluated in terms of cleanliness and presentation. This feature describes a property's shortcomings and provide a suggestion plan for correcting and improving upon the findings. The platform can be customized to be weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or even quarterly depending on the owner's desires.
Apartment Turnover
The APTO platform provides property owners with recommended resources to prepare their vacant apartments.Preparing apartments for new occupants needs to be done in a timely and cost efficient manner in order to provide owners with the least down time between occupants and therefor the least financial loss during the transition.
Maintenance A to Z
Our MAZ platform is popular with those property owners who are maintaining ownership from a distance which prohibits their immediate and effective response to ongoing building issues and mechanical faults. This feature requires the owners to provide autonomous decision making for emergencies directly to Iconic Management. Owners will have final say on all repairs, services or upgrades prior to being performed.
Rent Payment & Collection
The RPC platform is best for Property Owners who do not have a formal rent notification and collection system in place. This not only provides electronic reminders to tenants but also to Owners as well, keeping the billing and income collection running in an orderly and timely manner.
Registrations & Filings
The RAF platform is for properties with larger numbers of apartments. This platform which will assist in keeping records, filling necessary applications and meeting city and state issued property laws, mandates and requirements, is primarily for larger properties where city & state documentation and records are a priority in operations.
Trash and Recycling
Our TAR platform is a 3rd party vendor/direct platform which provides complete trash & recycling services, through CurbsideWasteNY , for any and all your homes or investment properties. We manage the contract and oversee the service while the client is billed directly from the 3rd party vendor in order to provide complete transparency for our client.
ALL in ONE
If you are a completely hands off type you might be interested in our AIO platform. This feature allows the Owner to be completely hands off in terms of every single aspect of the property's day to day operations. This platform combines all the other available platforms and gives the Owner a headache free way of running their buildings without getting their hands dirty.
